Alibaba and Naver have unveiled new AI models, Qwen-VL and Qwen-VL-Chat, as open-source resources for researchers, academics, and global companies.
Qwen-VL is designed to respond to open-ended queries related to images and create picture captions.
Qwen-VL-Chat is more interactive, and capable of writing stories and generating images based on user-provided photos.
These AI models from Alibaba are built on the foundation of the company's large language model, Tongyi Qianwen.
Elon Musk, the technology magnate, predicts that Tesla's fleet will grow significantly, reaching around 10 million vehicles in a few years.
Musk recently conducted a test drive of a Model 3 equipped with Tesla's full self-driving software beta V12 version, which garnered substantial attention on platforms like X (formerly Twitter).
This demonstration drew both support for its advancements and skepticism about its safety.
Google has introduced NotebookLM, an AI-driven research tool aimed at helping users organize and interact with their personal notes.
Currently in prototype stage, NotebookLM is part of Google's exploration into the potential of an AI-based notebook.
Although its future may involve integration with Google Docs or Drive, the current version stands alone as a minimalistic app.
JA startup in New Jersey's suburbs has emerged as a contender in the AI industry, challenging some of the world's most valuable companies, including Nvidia.
Amid the AI boom, this lesser-known player has gained traction and recognition in the competitive landscape.
